U. de Chile showed many shortcomings on offense without the steering wheel and only managed trasandino 1-1 draw with the cast 'whorls'. The match was less than Juan Manuel Olivera and again came to the rescue of the cast led by José Basualdo.

University of Chile Curico Kingdom received a confidence boost after winning his debut in the Copa Sudamericana. But the absence of several starters, especially the presence of Walter Montillo, they lay less in the squad Jose Basualdo.
